Join the CMC Foundation on Saturday, October 28th 2023, for a night of online trivia, raffles, and a silent auction to raise funds for a 2024 international medical mission. Our goal is to provide much-needed conservative and surgical treatment in underserved communities.

Trivia is for anyone & everyone, and is generously sponsored this year by Clarity Creative.

Gala Sponsorship Levels

Bronze

Sponsor a trivia team or play the game yourself for $250. Your company or name will be advertised in our program.

Silver

Donate $1,500 for a 15-second video promotion in between rounds of trivia, a sponsor slide, and advertisement in our program.

Gold

Donate $5,000 for a 30-second video promotion in between rounds of trivia, a sponsor slide, and advertisement in our program.

Platinum

Donate $15,000 for a 90-second video promotion in between rounds of trivia, advertisement on all trivia slides, and advertisement in our program.
